On 7 May we were delighted to host a webinar on the Changing face of litigation, show casing three hugely important projects looking to rehumanise litigation and dispute resolution. This included, the Litigation taskforce, with developments since its launch and accompanying training materials, work to support vulnerable clients and better understand the mental health impact of dispute resolution from Payne Hicks Beach, and the Language Matters project from the Family Solutions Group.
We really believe that this is key learning for anyone involved in litigation and dispute resolution.
You can view a recording of the event here
(A copy of the slides which include the full detail of the Payne Hicks Beach led work and the training materials from Bristows which James Boon discussed, along with information on the Language Project can be viewed here.)
In January of this year we carried out a workshop with MBC members, facilitated by Lex Solutions to examine the client supplier relationship, and more specifically, to see what barriers existed there to implementing the Mindful Business Charter.
This recording documents that workshop, its outcomes and proposed solutions.

If you have any examples you can share, please contact either richard@mindfulbusinesscharter.com or charlotte@mindfulbusinesscharter.com to discuss further.
