Mindful Business Charter Community Area

Richard provides updates and interviews Toni Graves and Jyoti Choitram from Allen and Overy on all the work they have been doing to utilise the Mindful Business Charter. As part of that they discussed an employee survey. They kindly agreed to share that wording with us;

• A&O provides a working environment that promotes positive mental health/wellbeing

• If I had a concern about my mental health/wellbeing I would feel able to seek help at work

• I am aware of the channels through which I can seek support
