When we look over the members survey, especially the section which asks you to look at your progress there were a couple of areas that a few people highlighted as being a bit tricky.
To help you with those we have listed them below along with some resources that might help.
"We have made performance against the Mindful Business Charter / responsible business a priority standing agenda item for all client and supplier relationship review meetings"
"Our people ask for and provide feedback to others on Charter behaviours on a regular basis"
"We include working hours / availability as part of our email signatures, so people are aware of each others’ working patterns"
It may be that you want to speak to us or to the community to get more support to implement the MBC, which is great, and there are a couple of ways you can do that.
