At The Weber Shandwick Collective, success depends on fostering a culture where everyone can do their best work. Since joining the Mindful Business Charter, employee feedback gathered through MBC‑focused listening sessions has shaped WorkWell@Weber — a practical tool designed to support more inclusive, effective and sustainable ways of working.

WorkWell@Weber helps employees reflect on their individual work styles and supports open, constructive conversations with line managers. By recognising that everyone works differently, the tool promotes better understanding, a stronger sense of belonging, and greater clarity around how teams collaborate day to day.

In this 60‑minute session the team will share:

• The actions taken so far to embed it
• How inclusion and effective communication are influencing the way people work across the organisation
