Mindful Business Charter Community Area

The MBC AGM was held during the annual Members Conference in June 2026. Watch this recording and hear from Michael Cavers (Chair of Trustees at the time) and Usman Masood, Finance Trustee, who presented the Annual Report and Accounts. During this session Michael also provided an update on changes to the board.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Michael Cavers and Jonathan Hoey, who have stepped down from their trustee roles after their dedicated service and contribution to the MBC.

We are pleased to confirm the appointment of Moira Slape as Chair of Trustees and Will Merry as Deputy Chair. We also congratulate Kate Dodd on her re-election to the Board and thank them all for their continued commitment.
