One of the things that often gets in the way of meaningful collaboration between clients and suppliers about healthy working practices is how best to approach the subject with a client – particularly a really important client you don’t want to risk upsetting. It is all very well for us MBC champions to say you just need to get on with it and the client will be fine, but we know the reality is that many of our colleagues in the business – and this applies to law firms as well as other suppliers – have any number of concerns that might hold them back.
This session therefore, is an opportunity to hear the client voice. We have assembled a panel of senior folk in client organisations who will provide their perspective and experience on how to engage with clients.
