Quarterly Best Practice Guidelines meeting: Introducing the new MBC wellbeing tool with Kutak Rock & Epigram Communications
This Signatory Call (originally held on 28 January 2026) is aimed at MBC Leads and colleagues in member organisations who are responsible for, or interested in, implementing the MBC Best Practice Guidelines.
A key recommendation in the Guidelines is to measure the wellbeing of your people – on the basis that, if you want to make a meaningful difference, you need to understand what you are dealing with. At our annual event in November, we launched the MBC Wellbeing Survey tool, and this session explores how members can use it in practice.
Richard Martin, CEO of the Mindful Business Charter, explains the purpose behind the tool, how it was developed, what it covers and how we envisage it being used within organisations. He is joined by two member organisations sharing real-world experience:
- Katie Cavalier, Epigram Communications and Design – on their experience of running the MBC survey tool as a pilot
- Miriam Blair, Kutak Rock LLP – on how they have achieved exceptionally high response rates on their engagement surveys
This session explains about the MBC Wellbeing Survey tool, why and how to use it, and practical insights from member organisations on driving strong participation and making best use of the data. The session also includes Q&A.
