Along with the trustees we are currently working on our strategy for the next three years, to run from mid 2025. If you've any burning ideas for areas of focus or development then please do let us know. Our plan is to present the strategy to members at the members conference on 12 June

Navigating the complexities of building trust and managing expectations with clients and external partners can often be challenging.

Can you share any experiences where being a Mindful Business Charter (MBC) signatory has positively influenced these conversations or enhanced understanding in your interactions?

Have you encountered any unexpected responses from clients (good or bad!) that stand out to you?

So far, we have taken our Best Practice Guidelines, (both Legal and All-Sector versions) on a tour of the UK, visiting, London, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, and Glasgow, with Birmingham, Cardiff, Belfast and Dublin already planned.
