Richard Martin
Chief Executive Officer

Richard is a former senior law firm partner with his own experience of serious mental illness. He is now a leading voice in the field of workplace mental health. A father of three grown up kids he splits his time between London and rural France.

Charlotte Clegg
Community Engagement Executive

Charlotte aims to combine her background in corporate wellbeing, her work as a psychotherapist in private practice and her own experience of mental ill-health with her work for the MBC to make the world a better place. She lives in Manchester with her husband and daughter.

Anna Kotwinski
Executive Assistant

Anna has collaborated with the MBC for several years and joined the team in 2024.  As co-founder of digital wellbeing consultancy Shine Offline, from 2016 Anna worked to empower businesses to improve digital habits for increased wellbeing and better workplace culture.
